Teelex Holdings is committed to fair and transparent refund practices in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”).
1. Returns Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and proof of purchase.
2. Eligible Returns
- Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Items returned within 30 days in original condition.
- Items that do not match the confirmed order specification.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Opened consumable goods (unless defective).
- Custom-manufactured or personalized items.
- Digital products or downloadable content once accessed.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email alexander@teelex.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photographs if applicable.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly supplied items. If the desired exchange item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
7. CPA Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008. Where applicable, CPA provisions are more favourable to you; those provisions will apply.
