4. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or where payment cannot be verified.
- Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
- An order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel post-confirmation if stock becomes unavailable.
- Promotional pricing is valid for the specified period only and cannot be applied retroactively.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our platforms—including text, images, logos, and software—is the property of Teelex Holdings or its licensors and is protected by applicable South African and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teelex Holdings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
